Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AI Wedding Tools handles information when you use our website, generators, account features, AI upgrades, and payment functions.
Information we collect
When you sign in, we receive basic account information from Google or GitHub, such as your name, email address, profile image, and provider account identifier. We store session information needed to keep you signed in.
Generator inputs and outputs are not saved to your account unless you explicitly choose to save them. A Wedding Profile is stored only after you select the save option. Anonymous device profiles remain in your browser storage.
We also keep credit activity, AI usage metadata, orders, refunds, subscription status, security events, and limited technical logs. Ordinary logs should not contain complete vows, stories, prompts, OAuth tokens, or payment secrets.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, generate requested content, reuse details you choose to save, provide downloads and favorites, administer credits and payments, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and meet accounting obligations.
Service providers
Google and GitHub provide optional sign-in. OpenLux processes information submitted for AI generation. Creem processes checkout, payment, refund, and subscription events. Hosting, database, monitoring, and email providers may process limited information as needed to operate the service.
Do not submit information that you do not have permission to share. Avoid entering highly sensitive personal, medical, financial, or identification information into free-text fields.
Retention and deletion
Saved wedding content remains until you delete it or close your account. Closing an account removes OAuth connections, active sessions, Wedding Profile data, and saved results. Financial and anti-fraud records may be retained in anonymized form where needed for refunds, disputes, tax, accounting, or legal obligations. Rotating operational backups may retain deleted information for a limited period before expiration.
Your choices
You can avoid creating an account, keep an optional profile only on your device, clear synced profile data, export individual results, download an account data copy, delete saved results, or close your account. You can also disconnect this service through Google or GitHub.
Cookies and local storage
We use session cookies or similar storage for authentication and security. Device-only Wedding Profile storage is optional. Third-party checkout or identity providers may use their own cookies under their policies.
International processing and security
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We use access controls, encrypted network connections, scoped credentials, signature verification, and data minimization, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
